Production
The modern production plant, located in Władysławowo, is a factory of polymer biomaterial, and class IIb and III medical devices. We are the 1st biocellulose factory constructed in compliance with pharmaceutical GMP standards.
All media necessary for the production of bacterial cellulose are produced in our facility. A key component of the manufacturing processes is purified water, which comes from our water purification module and is performed to physicochemical analysis and microbiological purity, that our medical devices meet the required quality parameters.
Unique manufacturing technology is based on the use of a strain of Komagataeibacter xylinus E25 bacteria in the fermentation process. We produce biosynthesized cellulose based on innovative know-how confirmed by patents. All activities undertaken in our plant are carried out in compliance with the highest quality GMP, GLP, GDP, ISO 13845 standards and safety regulations.
