Your key responsibilities

  • Conducting purchasing processes, including purchase negotiations
  • Cooperation with domestic and foreign suppliers
  • Preparing requests for quotation
  • Building positive and long-term relationships with suppliers
  • Participation in complaint activities
  • Maintaining necessary documentation and additional records
  • Running the secretariat and office of the Management Board
  • Cooperation with the financial, sales and warehouse departments


Our expectations

  • Experience in a similar position min. 2 years
  • English at a minimum level. B1
  • Very good spreadsheet support
  • Excellent work organization, conscientiousness, communication skills


We preferred

  • Experience in accounting department
  • Comarch system knowledge
