Your key responsibilities
- Conducting purchasing processes, including purchase negotiations
- Cooperation with domestic and foreign suppliers
- Preparing requests for quotation
- Building positive and long-term relationships with suppliers
- Participation in complaint activities
- Maintaining necessary documentation and additional records
- Running the secretariat and office of the Management Board
- Cooperation with the financial, sales and warehouse departments
Our expectations
- Experience in a similar position min. 2 years
- English at a minimum level. B1
- Very good spreadsheet support
- Excellent work organization, conscientiousness, communication skills
We preferred
- Experience in accounting department
- Comarch system knowledge
